Vinyasa Yoga

Each pose transitions gracefully into the next, building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. The class concludes with calming stretches and a deep relaxation in Shavasana, leaving you refreshed and centered. Suitable for all levels, this practice invites you to harmonize your body, mind, and breath.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga offers a deeply calming and restorative practice inspired by the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. Through passive postures held for extended periods, this class targets the deeper connective tissues, joints, and energy pathways. Yin Yoga promotes relaxation, enhances flexibility, and complements more dynamic practices. Ideal for all levels, it provides a serene space to release tension and cultivate a sense of calm.
Face Yoga
Face Yoga is a unique practice designed to tone and relax the often-overlooked facial muscles. Acro Yoga
Acro Yoga blends the strength and grace of acrobatics with the mindfulness of yoga, creating a playful and transformative practice. Working with a partner, you’ll explore supported poses that build trust, connection, and physical alignment. This class enhances core strength, flexibility, and communication skills, while fostering a sense of community. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, Acro Yoga offers a joyful way to grow individually and together.
Aerial Yoga
An engaging practice, Aerial Yoga uses a suspended hammock to enhance strength, flexibility, and spinal health. It can be both dynamic and energizing or slow and mindful, suited to different needs and intentions. By allowing for deeper stretches and gentle decompression of the spine, it offers therapeutic benefits while easing pressure on the joints. Suitable for all levels, this class promotes mindfulness, confidence, and a refreshing sense of weightlessness.

Daniela

Yoga has been an important part of Daniela's life for over 15 years.
During this time, it has taken various forms, from being a physical exercise
to becoming a way of meditating while moving, as well as a way of learning patience.
Daniela's deep interest in learning more led her to take instructor courses in India,
Thailand and Malta and she has not stopped learning about yoga and its effects since then.
Daniela believes that if you do the right poses and breathe properly,
you can get the most out of yoga and see the world differently.
This affects how we talk to other people and, most importantly, how we take what
we've learned on the yoga mat into our everyday lives.
Currently based in the beautiful town of Caniço, sharing her experience from different schools and training programs. Providing both private and group classes, focusing on creating a welcoming and engaging environment suitable for all levels.
